What this website is
This site describes our services and publishes free guides and a free tool. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we and you both sign a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees and timelines. Those terms govern the work; these terms govern the website.
The free AI visibility checker
The checker reads publicly available pages of a website you nominate and reports what it found. Please read the following carefully, because it is the part most likely to matter.
- It is provided free and as-is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability.
- It reads a limited number of public pages through third-party relay services. Those services can be slow, rate-limited or unavailable, and when a check cannot be completed the tool says so rather than guessing.
- The score is our own opinion, produced by our own weighting of signals we consider relevant. It is not an industry standard, it is not endorsed by any AI provider, and no search or AI engine recognises it.
- A high score does not guarantee that any AI engine will cite, recommend or mention a website. A low score does not mean a website is defective.
- Do not run the checker against websites you do not own or have permission to test.
Decisions you take on the basis of the checker are your own. We are not liable for them.
Guides and published research
Our guides cite third-party research and statistics, with links to the sources. We summarise those sources in good faith and link out so you can check them, but we do not warrant that third-party findings are correct, current, or applicable to your situation. Generative engine optimization is a young field and the evidence changes.
No guarantee of results
We cannot and do not guarantee that any engagement will produce citations, mentions, rankings, traffic, enquiries or revenue. AI engines are third-party systems whose behaviour is outside our control and changes without notice. Any figures we publish are drawn from cited research or from our own measurements, and are illustrative rather than promises about your business.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code, guides and the checker on this site are owned by BAIDLABS unless stated otherwise. You may read, quote and link to our guides with attribution. You may not republish them wholesale, resell them, or present them as your own. Third-party names such as ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot and Grok belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any of them.
Client work shown on this site is published with the client’s permission and remains theirs.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the checker, and do not use it to test sites you have no right to test.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this website or the free checker is limited to INR 1,000. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer in your own country.
